Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason, except for the purchase of original artwork, which is non-refundable.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, and no additional fees will apply.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

Please note that original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized goods made to your specifications.

• Goods that are perishable or have an expired shelf life.

• Goods that, for hygiene or health reasons, cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if they do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning non-artwork goods.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds can only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
